Try giving green vegetables, such as spinach, the muffin. Taste of blueberry muffins or chocolate will not make you taste the spinach though there are vegetables in it. Another cake like brownies can be a bit of vegetables.
Eggs
When frying eggs or process them into omelets, do not forget to mix it with the kale. Kale can be chopped thin and enjoyed with a fried egg in the morning. Absolutely delicious breakfast full of nutrition.
Noodles or pasta
Love to eat pasta or noodles? Add fresh basil or other vegetables such as spinach in it. Vegetables can also be mixed in a lasagna. Besides being delicious, the food becomes more nutritious.
Smoothies
Smoothies are drinks made from fruits or vegetables mixed with sweet condensed milk or yogurt as well as other additional blended until smooth. Smoothies can be enjoyed as a snack or breakfast menu in the morning.
Pizza
Making pizza at home is another healthy believed to enjoy vegetables. Because green vegetables can be inserted along with fresh cheese over the pizza dough.
Soup
You can also make the soup as a compulsory weekly menu at home. So a variety of vegetables mixed together as the soup can be enjoyed by all family members.
