Osteoarthritis is a degenerative condition that occurs due to a reduction in the amount of cartilage in the joints. Weakness occurs mainly due to hormonal reasons. You no longer produce the amount of testosterone as when you are young, so the muscles are no longer as strong as before.

4. Softened bones

This condition is known as osteoporosis, and even though it did not hurt, this condition will make you vulnerable to bone damage.
