1. Wearing high heels
Wearing high heels during pregnancy is not prohibited, but it will make you very uncomfortable. Wearing high heels during pregnancy will make you suffer painful back pain.
2. Moving home furnishings
Moving furniture is something that we often do. But after the first trimester, pregnant women are advised to avoid this kind of activity. This will put more pressure on your back.
3. Holding toddler
If this is your second pregnancy, you will probably have a toddler who still have to watch. If the toddler had severe (more than 5 kg), avoid to carry. That could put more pressure on your back and placenta.
4. Sauna
Steam bath or sauna is a bad idea that is done during pregnancy. When your body heats up, the blood will be directed to the skin to cool the body. That means your baby will lack the extra blood flow.
5. Sports too hard
If you exercise too hard during pregnancy, the heart rate will increase. That means the blood supply to the placenta decreased and there is the possibility of an increase in blood pressure.
6. Infectious diseases
Transmission of the disease can come from family members or colleagues in your office. Make sure that you do not go near anyone who is ill or exposed to infectious virus.
